In 2004, the Reda wool mill became the first EMAS (eco-management and audit scheme) certified wool mill in the world. Sustainability for Reda is based on four pillars: traceability of raw materials, compliance with social and ethical requirements for workers and respect for animals.
Since 2019 Reda has started the life-cycle assessment project to measure its environmental impact starting from one square meter of fabric.
