Slow Food Travel was launched in the Biellese area in 2019, thanks to the involvement of production, restaurant and hospitality businesses in the Serra and the Elvo and Cervo valleys, selected because they are consistent with the philosophy of "good, clean and fair". The 56 productive, catering and hospitality realities that have joined are intertwined with the cultural sites of the Biellese Museum Network, giving visitors the opportunity to learn about the history of local products, discover the landscapes they are part of and participate in tasting workshops at producers.
