The Social Consortium Il Filo da Tessere includes various realities that deal with many issues at a social level: from guidance for the future of young people to help for the elderly, from sport for people with disabilities to social service in a broader sense. The idea of sustainability corresponds to acceptance, inclusion and a sense of equality between people, with the aim of fostering ongoing dialogue and mutual help. The Consortium is made up of the following social cooperatives: Domus Laetitiae Cooperative, Tantintenti Cooperative, Sports Cooperative, Green Ray Cooperative, Il Cammino Cooperative, Vedogiovane Cooperative, Finis Terrae Cooperative, Maria Cecilia Cooperative, Indaco Cooperative. Il Filo da tessere is a partner of the “Community School”, the project created to combat juvenile educational poverty in the Biellese area and to develop a unitary socio-educational strategy. The initiative is aimed at children and young people between the ages of 5 and 14.
