Cà d'Andrei is not only a farm immersed in a green oasis of tranquility, but also a restaurant and farmhouse with "mt 0" products. The goat's milk is processed raw and transformed into cheese in the small dairy next to the barn, while the pigs, cattle and farm animals are reared as they once were, with natural and free methods of grazing and scratching in the open air. A ventilated barn, powered by solar panels, contains the grass collected at the right degree of ripeness and allows for optimal drying, preserving all its nutritional capacities for the farm animals. The dishes prepared in the restaurant follow the seasons and tell the flavors of organic raw materials from the company's gardens and orchards and from other small producers in the Biella area with whom Andrea has formed a beautiful collaboration.
